Created in partnership with streetwear designer Tombogo & Highsnobiety, The Claw Bag was created for those who can't be bothered to hold a White Claw.
But we couldn't just make a bag - it had to be truly White Claw, and what's more ownable than our colored can tabs? We launched the bag during 2023 NYFW Fashion Week, partnering with influencers & icons to showcase the bag as the ultimate accessory.
But how did this all start? A skirt. Let me explain. When ideating, I look to social as a source of truth and inspiration- and was incredibly inspired by content creators making chainmail garments out can tabs. So before The Claw Bag was born, it started as a skirt.
By hand, I bended, cut, and weaved 875 White Claw can tabs into the skirt you see today:
It blew up on social, with 4M views, 50K likes, and 500+ comments, so we knew that this was just the beginning.
But for New York Fashion Week, we knew that I couldn't be bending can tabs in the office. We enlisted Tombogo to design the bags for complete functionality, and debuted them at Highsnobiety's NYFW event Neu York. It became a sensation - so much so that T-Pain DMed us asking for one.
